You can tell my "run" got a little wild, my shirt is trying to fall off!
That beautiful shine is sweat...usually I "don't do sweat" hate it in fact. Only time I am agreeable to sweat is sweat from grown up things. Dude ya I went there.
This sweat is from my 30 minute run/walk- I would run up my street and walk down. back and forth.
I thought I was going to die. But it was ok. I breathed HARD but that was ok too. I did not have heart attack. and now I kinda wish I could run some more.
