Peking Chicken


For dinner I pulled 4 ounces of chicken breast off a rotisserie chicken- 135 calories, added 2 tb of hoison sauce- 50 calories and some green onions and had Peking Chicken!

With that I had a sweet corn muffin- 170 calories and another strawberry/blueberry salad- 200 calories


Total for the day- 1655 calories

Now its 9 pm and I am going for my "run". I should just leave the parenthesis off... but I feel like a fraud writing just run, because I walk more than half the time. I guess I could call it my walk but then it sounds all puny, my grandma takes a walk.
