Ode to almond butter
corn muffin + 1 tb almond butter = 250 calories
Verdict is in on almond butter---LOVE IT!
This stuff truly rocks. Its made with just raw almonds, no salt nothing. Its sweet and yummy and slightly gritty. I have never liked natural pb prolly because I am so used to jiff so finding something to put on my sammiches without salt, sugar or added oil was very exciting.
Kinda ruined the whole healthy snack thing an hour later, when I inhaled 1/2 cup of Whole Hog's potato salad that a friend brought to me... this is the only potato salad that I have ever liked! 200 calories :(
