Its a yoga pose called an upside down cake. That's Polly from Yoga is Yummy. She is a little too sweet for my bad girl tastes (i prefer my blogs to be filled with swearing and skantchy comments and hers is more almond butter and bible verses) but she ROCKS some yoga!
I did get my perhaps favorite all time bible quote from her though.
