Nothing like a little food poisoning to start a new diet off.

Mondays intake:
1 slice of toast with pb
1/2 glass Gatorade

output:
you really don't want to know.

todays imput has been a little more:
1 banana
1/2 pear
2 homemade granola bars
1/2 cup tomato soup
5 crackers
1/4 toasted cheese sandwich

No work out the last 2 days :( well unless you count the massive ab exercises that are involved with multiple up chucks.
